Available monitoring rules

• CPU usage threshold.
• Memory usage threshold.
• Storage usage threshold.
• Agent offline detection.
• Backup failure events.

Resource thresholds use live Proxmox inventory reported by the Agent. Agent-offline checks are evaluated from HSVE Cloud so they can still trigger when the customer Agent is unreachable.

Create an alert rule

1. Open Monitoring and choose the Site.
2. Choose a metric.
3. Set the scope to the whole Site or a specific VM/container where supported.
4. Choose the threshold and persistence duration.
5. Enable email notification to the Site owner if required.
6. Create the rule.

Alert history

Monitoring keeps open and resolved event history. Operators with the required permission can resolve an open event after investigation. Deleting a rule does not erase existing event history.
